This Privacy Policy explains how Nerrad Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as Shipping Party ("Shipping Party," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with shipping.party and the shipping quote and booking services we provide (collectively, the "Service").

Shipping Party is a DBA of Nerrad Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company operating shipping.party. For purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), Shipping Party is a business based in California.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), company name, and organization details you provide when registering.
• Shipment information: origin and destination addresses, contact names and phone numbers, package or freight dimensions and weight, product descriptions, and related booking details you enter to obtain quotes or book shipments.
• Payment information: for Parcel shipments, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. Shipping Party does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
• Usage and device information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical data collected automatically when you use the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 5 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: generate shipping quotes and facilitate bookings with our carrier and broker partners; process payments; create and maintain your account; communicate with you about your shipments, account, and customer support requests; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and improve and maintain the Service. We do not use your shipment or payment information to serve you advertising.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information as necessary to provide the Service, including with:

• Carrier and rating partners — third-party carriers, brokers, and delivery networks who receive the shipment details necessary to quote and fulfill your shipment across our supported modes (LTL, Parcel, Truckload, Ocean, and Crowdsource). This is limited to shipment-related information — such as addresses, contact names and phone numbers, and package or freight details — necessary to rate and move that shipment. We do not share your account login credentials, password, or account setup information with these partners.
• Payment processing — our third-party payment processor, which processes payment card information on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices.
• Infrastructure providers — the hosting and infrastructure providers that run our website, backend, and database.
• Warehouse management integrations — for customers who connect a supported warehouse management system, shipment data is exchanged with that provider to support the integration.
• Legal and safety purposes — where required to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Shipping Party, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have never sold personal information.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the cookie preferences banner on our Site; declining non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using core quoting and booking functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and shipment information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 8.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed and salted password storage, and access controls limiting who can view account and shipment data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may exercise these rights by contacting us via our Contact Us page. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights; contact us at the address below and we will address your request under the applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business and commercial shipping use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Shipments & Data Transfers

Where you use the Service to book an Ocean or other international shipment, shipment and contact details necessary to complete that shipment may be transferred to carriers, customs authorities, or other parties located outside the United States. By using the Service for international shipments, you consent to this transfer.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including our carrier and payment partners. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
